The last month was quite the month for Ava as she tackled all sorts of milestones.
Over the last month Ava:
- Got her first tooth
- Started army crawling (and stealing Frank’s toys)
- Saying Dada and Nana (which is mama to me)
- Eating finger foods
- Sitting up from a crawling position
Every day it felt like she was doing something new. It was so much fun to watch her, she had her moments when she struggled, especially with crawling, but given a little time she was a champ. All of this was bittersweet as I know it means Ava is growing up and it feels like it happened so fast. However, she will still crawl over to me and want me to pick her up so she can give me hugs and kisses which I truly love. When you walk in the door or get her in the morning she gives the biggest smile it melts my heart every time, this can continue for months and months as far as I am concerned. This next month will also bring many new things for Ava as we take her to California to see her uncle, we will keep you posted.
